Sing choirs of angels!   Come shepherds, sheep, donkey, cows, and snake.  (Snake!?!)  Come adore the Christ Child.   Our Joy Gift worship service (held in support of the Christmas Joy offering of the PCUSA) featured the gifts of our children’s choir, youth ukulele choir, adult ukulele choir, Chancel Choir, and adult instrumentalists.  We shared the story of Jesus’ birth through videos narrated by our children and families.  Many thanks to Rachel, Sharon, and everyone who helped put the worship service together.

 Our worship service began with the song “Simple Gifts” shared with voice, hammer dulcimer, ukulele, banjo, and guitar.

There was a moment to take photos of the manger scene.

A little girl who loves snakes was invited to be the snake in the manger scene.  (Really, there probably was a snake around somewhere.  It was a barn, you know!)
